Swim lessons and courses

Lessons can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, lessons will be forfeited in favour of Swimtime.
In late arrival, lessons are not extended.
The coach assumes responsibility for the client by meeting at a designated location in the pool and throughout the swimming lesson or course. The client receives accurate instructions for movement in the water.
The client is responsible for moving around the pool and adheres to the rules of the swimming pool. The client is responsible for any injuries or misconduct outside of the coach’s supervision (for example, before or after the lesson, in showers, etc.).
Regular lessons are paid in advance on the Swimtime account according to the chosen price plans and the valid price list of services.

Downloadable products

If you are not satisfied with the online product (gift voucher), you have 14 days to request a full refund for the product without giving any reason.
We will transfer the money back to your account within 14 days.

Personal data

Your personal information that you send us filled in the form is used only for the communication purposes of the trainer and athlete (or parents). Before submitting each form, a summary of the filled data is displayed and you can check and confirm the submission.

The data (e-mail, phone number, name, surname) are stored in the EU-based Typeform and fully compliant with the GDPR. Only the coach has access to these data and they can be deleted on request. Simply write to [email protected] and ask for their deletion. We do not share your contact information and we send no email newsletters.

You need to fill in the appropriate newsletter subscription form for signing information emails. We use MailChimp for these needs. You can log out of the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link in the email you received or by writing to [email protected].

Cookies files

Cookies are not used for any other than purely technical purposes, we do not associate the data obtained with them with any other data and we work with cookies in such a way that they do not allow us to identify specific individuals.

There are temporary cookies and permanent cookies. Temporary files are stored on your computer only until you close your browser. Temporary cookies allow you to store information when navigating from one website to another, eliminating the need to re-enter some data. Permanent cookies help identify your computer if you visit our site again but do not allow us to identify you personally.

Permanent cookies allow us to customize our site to your interests, but we can not personally identify you and store the data in an anonymous way and do not associate them with any other data. We use Google Analytics.
