Individual swimming courses

Suitable for beginners without fear of water with at least basic experience of moving in the water and also for intermediate swimmers who need to work on the technique of Breaststroke and want to learn Front Crawl. Courses take place in small groups (max 3 people). The individual approach of the coach allows a detailed and effective training as well as the motivation of other people in the group.

Private swimming lessons

Suitable for adult non-swimmers who are afraid of water and want to learn to swim once and for all, as well for those interested in Physioswim for getting better body posture. One-on-one trainer's approach enables detailed and effective training. If you have your own partner or small group, you can share the price with each other according to the price list. The group can be up to 3 people. Lesson length is 60 minutes.

Group swimming courses

Suitable for swimmers who want to improve their swimming technique and learn new swimming styles such as Front Crawl. At least, basics of swimming have to be known, exhale in water and float on the surface. During the course, we focus on the technique of all swimming styles, but mostly the front crawl. Great for developing technique and fitness.

Individual courses always take place in a small group of up to 2 to 3 people organized by the coach. You are not dependent on anyone and the lessons are fully flexible and individual. Private lessons can be used for 1 to 3 people, always you alone or your own group.

Video feedback is shown to all clients who come to more complex technical elements to understand movement faster. Instant feedback is shown on a mobile phone or tablet with a quick explanation of the technique, when needed.
